Carina Johnson is the co-founder and Senior UK Immigration Specialist of Johnson Winch Ltd, with over thirty years of immigration experience. She approaches each and every application on an individual and personal basis, catering not only to the client’s current requirements and family circumstances, but ensuring that particular attention is paid to all aspects involving compliance with future applications. Carina also places great importance on providing each client with the most cost effective solution.
Carina has a wealth of experience in navigating the complex areas of all immigration law, particularly focusing on family based visas and ancestry applications for Commonwealth Citizens. She embraces the challenge of solving the various difficulties that arise with respect to post Brexit EU Settlement Scheme applications and the complex ‘absence’ aspects associated with long residence and naturalisation applications.
Carina is passionate about maintaining the excellent level of service provided by Johnson Winch Ltd so as to preserve the high success rate currently achieved.

Lucy Winch is the Co-founder and Senior UK Immigration Specialist of Johnson Winch Ltd., with over 15 years of immigration experience. Lucy is trusted in providing long-term strategic and informed UK immigration advice. She is extremely passionate about all areas of immigration law, advising both individuals and businesses on a range of UK immigration matters. Her particular areas of focus are on the Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and Student visa categories. Lucy relishes the challenge of finding practical solutions to complications that inevitably arise with complex applications. This perspective has earned her the opportunity to work with private clients from around the world to obtain settlement in the UK and thereafter British citizenship.
She regularly advises clients who wish to establish a business in the UK and is accomplished in assisting employers with sponsor licence applications, including advising on sponsor compliance and immigration processes within company HR systems.
